The Transport Weight without rear wheels, armrests, cushion, anti-tippers and footrest is only about 6kg.
The lightest configuration weight configured and assembled with wheels is only 8.8 kg. A typical configured weight is just over 10kg.
The frame design allows the wheelchair to be customized with an incredibly low seat height of only 12 inches, which is especially beneficial for shorter users who need a good pressure-relieving cushion without being too high. This design feature also means that a user who is semi-ambulant can make contact with the floor and utilize foot propulsion. Alternatively, the chair can be configured to be 20 inches or higher for taller users.
The maximum user weight is 120kg, or 159kg with the £395 Heavy Duty kit. Available in seat widths from 14 to 22″ wide.
The only downside to note of the HELIO C2 is that it does not currently have an option to make the backrest half-fold to make the overall size smaller. However the legrests lift off the frame very easily, along with the Quick-Release-Rear-Wheels, so the remaining frame size is small enough to fit into most cars.
