delivery and Returns Policy


Christmas 2022 –
The Bromakin offices will close on 23rd December 2022 at 12pm and will reopen on 3rd January 2023 at 9am. Orders received during this time will be processed for delivery upon our return.

Delivery costs vary depending on the item, we aim to offer the best priced option, and dispatch items as soon as possible, if you need an item to be delivered in a hurry then contact us directly before placing an order in the online shop.

Collection is available at no cost from our showroom during our usual open hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. But we have to charge delivery to cover the cost that we incur to send the parcels.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will need to ask us to make a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, or because you ordered the wrong product, please contact us first before returning it, and we can discuss an exchange option. We expect the customer to pay for the return postage if the item we sent was correct and undamaged.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to anywhere other than Bromakin unless we instruct you to do so.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible, or within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact us in the office on 01509 217569.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
