The manual docking system is compatible with both rigid and folding wheelchairs that have a fixed front frame (not swingaway legrests). One of the benefits of this docking system is that it doesn’t require frame clamps to be attached to it. The standard braking mechanism is a mechanical lever-operated disc brake, but an electric motor brake can also be configured for added convenience. The Eco-Assist can fit wheelchairs as narrow as 210mm and as wide as those with a front frame width of 480mm. (at the point where the attachment meets the frame).
The eco-assist also has Traction control settings and a Reverse mode included as non-upcharge options.
If you want to be able to travel further between each battery charge, you can either upgrade to the bigger battery (48V, 11.6 Ah, 556.8 Wh), or purchase the bigger battery as an additional extra battery.
