As with a standard FreeWheel, a person with a folding chair experiences more freedom, mobility and safety when using a FreeWheel + ADAPTOR set-up. By unscrewing the large knobs, the ADAPTOR is quickly removed, allowing the wheelchair to be folded.
We offer a fitting service for the Freewheel, and similar attachments. By following the instructions someone with average DIY / technical skills can fit it themselves. We are also happy to provide some tuition remotely for you after purchasing one from us. We also strongly advise coming to try one in the showroom, and chatting to us about the type of wheelchair that you intend to fit the attachment on to.
