Finding out about your needs
You can tell us as much, or as little as you want to about your health and mobility issues. Our staff have many years of experience, so have a good understanding of how you might typically be affected, but we’ll do our best to not assume that we know.
Guiding your product choice
The best product for you personally might not be the best product for the next customer to come through our door. Which is fine because we are impartial and don’t employ ‘Salesmen’. Our aim is always to let you try out a range of products and then assess the Pros and Cons.
Choosing the details you want
We aim to only supply the best products available, so whatever you choose, the result should be reassuringly good. Overall we find that our users want a balance of Aesthetically good looks / affordable price / longevity of use / specific ergonomically fitting features.
Fine-tuning the configuration
The majority of products we supply are custom-configured to your exact specification by the supplier. Bust some are available off-the-shelf. Either way, we will provide a handover to tweek the set-up and explain the features to you again.
Visit us with a friend
A lot of people prefer to have a companion with them when they meet for an assessment.
We’ve plenty of space for everyone, with a hot or cold drink if you want one.
